Sierra Leone and Haiti are two very different countries, but starting soon, they will have a unique commonality. This month we shipped out two Clinic In A Cans. One container clinic arrived in Haiti to be used at an orphanage and the other is headed for Sierra Leone to aid in medical services at a children’s hospital. Hope from a shipping container: Clinic In A Can

Annie spent a week volunteering in Haiti with one of our partner organizations, Mission of Hope. While she was there, Annie got to experience first-hand how a Clinic In A Can is used to give medical care to the Haitian community. Mission of Hope recently acquired 55 acres of land from the government in Bercy, which is about 30 minutes north of their main campus. On this land, they are planning to build a school, a medical clinic, a church, an orphanage, and a conference center – a planned community.
