Clinic details
Clinics can be installed on a slab or pier foundations or cinder block footings. They can connect to existing utilities and sewer, or they can be entirely self-contained.
STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS
Container
Most of our clinics come with Container Safety Certification (CSC), allowing them to be shipped as normal cargo instead of break-bulk. The only clinics without CSC are those with doors or windows cut and welded into the metal skin on the sides of the container, such as the Split Double Exam Room Clinic.
The clinics are painted with a two-part epoxy white that resists rust and reflects the sun’s heat.
Our clinics are durable and resilient, and they can successfully resist 9mm, 38 caliber and 45 caliber ballistics at 25 feet.
Footings
If a cement pad base is unavailable, clinics can be installed on corner block concrete footings.
Insulation and Interior Framing
The clinics are fully insulated and are framed with galvanized steel structural studs, providing sturdy walls on which to hang equipment as well a temperature controlled environment inside.
Entry Doors
The clinics have commercial steel entry doors with entrance lever door handles.
The clinics also have a high-quality dead-bolt locking mechanism with door sweep and auto closure, providing for a safe and secure environment within the clinic.

Interior Components
Floors
Cabinets / Fixtures
All clinics come with 24” tall wall and 34 or 36” tall base cabinets with integrated locks.
Clinics also contain a stainless steel sink and gooseneck faucet.
The clinics have an integrated trash door built into the base cabinet with a trash can. This comes with a standard 5-year warranty.
Utilities
Water*
The clinics can come with a 55 gallon / 208 liter water tank, as well as a shallow well water pump.
22.75 liter pressure tank provides water pressure inside the clinic.
The clinics can also contain a three-stage point-of-use water filter that eliminates 99.9% of all harmful chemicals, bacteria and viruses.
Air Conditioning
Clinics come equipped with a high efficiency air conditioning unit.
Electrical
The clinics contain universal duplex electrical outlets that will accept all electrical cord plug-ins.
Interior Lighting
The clinics contain energy efficient flat panel LED lighting.
Communications Technology
Clinical spaces are communication and telemedicine ready, including appropriately numbered Cat 5 internal access points.
